Reporting a problem in a game
Bugs are fixed quickly when they can be reproduced. To make that possible, please send:
- the name of the game;
- the link to the page where it happened;
- the browser and its version (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge);
- the device: phone, tablet or computer, and which operating system;
- what you were doing at the moment the problem appeared;
- a screenshot, if you can take one.
If a puzzle seems to have no solution, or to have more than one, say which level or which grid it was. That kind of report is particularly useful, and it is usually answered the same day.
Removing a leaderboard entry
To have an entry deleted from a leaderboard, write to the address above with two things: the nickname exactly as it appears and the name of the game. Nothing else is needed and no justification is required.
Entries that impersonate someone, that contain insults, or that are used as advertising are removed on sight. Scores that appear to come from tampering with the game are removed too, as set out in the terms of use.
Advertising and partnerships
The site carries advertising through Google AdSense. For direct advertising, sponsorship of a game, or any commercial proposal, write with the subject line "advertising" and describe concretely what you have in mind, including budget. Proposals involving hidden links, paid guest articles or link exchange are declined without reply.
Requests to license a game for another site, an application or a printed publication are welcome and are considered case by case.
Copyright complaints
If you believe that content published here infringes your rights, send:
- identification of the protected work;
- the exact address of the page on this site;
- an explanation of what the infringement consists of;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
Complaints are examined seriously and, where they are well founded, the content is removed or corrected quickly.
Anything else
Ideas for new games, corrections to a translation, a note about a country's data that no longer matches reality, or a message just to say which puzzle kept you up too late — all of it is welcome at the same address. The about page explains who is on the other end.
